Takaful Ikhlas Sets RM4 Million Sales Target For Hajj Plan

Takaful Ikhlas Sdn Bhd has set a sales target of RM4 million with 7,000 participants before April next year.
President and Chief Executive Officer Datuk Syed Moheeb Syed Kamarulzaman said Takaful Ikhlas had so far received 3,000 applications since the plan was launch in April 2010.
“It means total applications to date have reached about RM1.5 million which is a proud achievement,” he said after the signing of a memorandum of understanding with six badal hajj service operators here Friday.
The six operators were Harmony Excellence Travel & Tours, CS Holiday Sdn Bhd, Capaian Aspirasi Sdn Bhd, Utas Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd, Al-Quds Travel Sdn Bhd and Andalusia Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd.
The badal hajj service is an addition to the Ikhlas Hajj Savings Takaful plan that was designed to help and meet the needs of Muslims intending to perform hajj.
Syed Moheeb said the six operators would manage the badal hajj service for the plan participants who died before performing hajj.
They were selected based on their reputation and excellent service records, he added.
